The Boeing Corp. and Russian airline manufacturer Ilyushin are working
together on plans to convert 767 passenger jets into freighters.
Boeing said the conversions would have tremendous potential, with 700 of the
aircraft in the market.
The conversion would create a freighter with capacity of 60 to 80 tons, with
range depending upon the age of the aircraft.
