Waterman Steamship Corp. in New Orleans received approval from MarAd to sell a 28,580-gross-ton LASH (Lighter Aboard Ship) vessel 'Stonewall Jackson' to British Virgin Islands-based Snow Drop Co. Ltd. for scrapping in India.
Masters Esquire of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. received permission from MarAd to sell three tankers for scrap in India. They are the 51,379-gross-ton tanker 'Sea Isle City,' the 52,155-gross-ton tanker 'Chesapeake City,' and the 52,155-gross-ton tanker 'Ocean City.'
