OHL announces leadership change

OHL announces leadership change    OHL said Thursday its board of directors has bumped Chief Executive Officer Scott McWilliams up to executive chairman and promoted Bert Irigoyen, president and chief operating officer, to replace him as CEO.
   The third-party logistics provider said McWilliams, who has been with the company for 20 years, would focus on strategic acquisitions and key client relationships. He served as president from 1996 until 2001, when he was appointed CEO.
   Irigoyen joined OHL in 2006 working on corporate strategy and the integration of several acquisitions that were made in the United States and overseas. In 2007 he assumed the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer and implemented OHL's multiyear strategy to grow its product portfolio and accelerate the company's growth. In 2009, Irigoyen was selected as COO. Prior to OHL he was a managing director with Nightingale and Associates, a management consultancy firm and a chief financial officer with Global Knowledge Networks, IT and business training provider.
