TNT finalizes sales of remaining French logistics units

TNT finalizes sales of remaining French logistics units    TNT will complete the sale of its French logistics unit, after agreeing to sell Transports Pierre Mendy and Mendy Ltda, the last remaining parts of its French subsidiary TNT Logistics Holdings SAS, to Pierre-Michel Mendy/Groupe Lapegue.
   No financial details were disclosed. Neither TNT’s French Express business unit nor its French freight management business is included in the deal.
   Since December, the Dutch mail and global logistics provider has agreed to sell Logistiques Nicolas and Logistiques Ladoux to French cargo transport operator Malherbe, and the majority of the contract logistics activities and part of the transportation activities to Norbert Dentressangle.
