The center provides timely warnings and interactive communication to MOL vessels and other concerned parties to promote safe operation with around-the-clock weather monitoring.
'This is part of an effort to reinforce the MOL Group's safe operation management structure, as set out in December 2006 with the goal of ensuring that MOL Group-operated vessels have the information they need to respond promptly and appropriately to anything that threatens the safety of vessel operation,' MOL said in a statement.
