ZEITLER JOINS THOMPSON COBURN LLP    William A. Zeitler has joined the Washington, D.C. office of Thompson Coburn LLP as a partner in the transportation and international commerce practice area.
   Zeitler provides counsel to clients regarding antidumping, countervailing duty, Section 301, Section 337, export control (and other) sanctions, and World Trade Organization issues. He also provides counseling on market entry strategies, advocacy assistance to develop business in foreign countries and representation in corporate, antitrust, patent, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property rights matters.
   He worked for the U.S. International Trade Commission for 13 years. He is licensed to practice in Washington, D.C. and Virginia and New York.
