Stokoe has over 40 years experience in the ports, shipping and shipbuilding industries, most recently as president of TTS Marine Inc., a subsidiary of TTS Marine ASA, the Norwegian group specializing in the design, supply and maintenance of cargo access equipment for ship and port-based cargo handling, mooring, and access applications. He is also a former president of Syncrolift, a Rolls-Royce Naval Marine company.
