MTC Holdings establishes international, Mexico subsidiaries

MTC Holdings establishes international, Mexico subsidiaries    MTC Holdings (MTCH), which provides stevedoring, terminal operations and related cargo handling services in 26 U.S. West Coast locations and five U.S. East Coast ports, has established MTC International and MTC de Mexico, SA de CV to help expand its global and Mexican terminal services.
   “MTCH’s international expansion will provide our customers with the additional infrastructure required to meet growing international shipper demands,” said Douglas Tilden, MTCH’s president and chief executive officer. “Mexico has made huge investments in port, highway and rail infrastructure creating options not available in years past. MTCH is prepared to add its commercial alliances, financial strength and operating wherewithal to the equation.”
   MTC de Mexico has offices in Mexico City and Tijuana, while MTC International is based in MTCH’s Oakland headquarters.
