McArthur parked, up for sale    Xe, the company formerly known as Blackwater, has put its ship McArthur up for sale. The company had hoped to use the ship to offer shipping companies piracy protection.
   An ad in Yachtworld calls the ship “the finest Maritime Security Support Craft specifically configured for special maritime operations.”
   Xe is seeking $3.7 million for the 183-foot ship, which was originally built in 1966, but totally refurbished in 2007 at a Seattle shipyard. The Virginia-Pilot newspaper said an executive vice president of the company in 2008 had valued the overhauled vessel at $15 million.
   The ad said the ship can support a crew of 30 for up to 45 days without resupply, has the ability to land and fuel small and medium-size helicopters, launch and retrieve small boats and temporarily shelter over 100 survivors from disasters.
