BALTIMORE ILA PREPARES FOR ANNUAL ôRO/RO RODEOö    A handful of the nation’s heavy equipment manufacturers Tuesday will educate about 200 Baltimore International Longshoremen’s Association drivers about the handling of their newest roll-on/roll-off cargo on and off ships.
   This annual event in the Port of Baltimore, called the “Ro/Ro Rodeo,” is sponsored by the ILA, Steamship Trade Association and Maryland Port Administration. It will be held at the Dundalk Marine Terminal.
   The event will showcase tractors, backhoes, combines and other equipment from CNH, Deere & Co., Fendt, AGCO, Massey Furguson and JLG.
   “This specialized training program gives hundreds of members of ILA Local 333 a chance to master the skills of maneuvering the variety of ro/ro vehicles at the port,” the port administration said.
