UPS, TRACTOR SUPPLY EXTEND CONTRACT

UPS, TRACTOR SUPPLY EXTEND CONTRACT    Based on the success of a two-year relationship, Tractor Supply Co. has agreed to expand its logistics services contract with UPS Logistics Group.
   Under the three-year contract extension, UPS will manage dedicated transportation services for Tractor Supply’s four distribution centers as well as vendor direct-to-store shipments. UPS will also handle inbound U.S. freight from over 300 vendors.
   UPS Logistics is a subsidiary of United Parcel Service Inc. providing supply chain management, transportation services, logistics technology and service parts transport management.
   Tractor Supply, based in Tennessee, operates 316 stores in 28 states, providing daily farm and ranch maintenance supplies.
