FMC reviews 12 OTI applications, revokes 11 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 12 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Maritime and Intermodal Logistics Systems, Seattle (Aspi Rostami, president); Alliance Navigation, Jericho, N.Y. (Roy I. Winograd, president); KBB Express, El Monte, Calif. (Katy Hungyi Lin, president); Transport, Indianapolis (Russell C. Baker, vice president); Business Solutions Partner, Herndon, Va. (Marina Komova, president); Ice Express, Inwood, N.Y. (Kristin Isfeld, president); and Cruz World Shipping, Brick, N.J. (Victor Cruz, president).
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from MP Freight System, Miami (Paolo Mangia, president); CJ Services International Corp., Miami (Carla Liliana Imach, president); LSP Cargo, Doral, Fla. (Pedro Ruddy Vargas, president); Manila Forwarders Corp., Lorton, Va. (Maria C. J. Castro, president); and D&F Holdings (USA), Hawthorne, Calif. (Emit Waite, partner).

   The FMC revoked 11 OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The firms are Dockside Management, Miami; Elite International Logistics, Inglewood, Calif.; Home Run Shipping International, Rosedale, N.Y.; Joseph Esposito, Bloomingdale, N.J.; LAFCO Americas, Miami; Latin American Forwarding Co., Miami; Overseas Expediters, New York; Perfect West, Carson Calif.; Safa Shipping, Houston; Safeway Purchasing Construction Co., Miami; and Stuart Logistics, Charleston, S.C.
