Neutralogistics, Kestrel combine for Latin America, Caribbean

Neutralogistics, Kestrel combine for Latin America, Caribbean    Miami-based Neutralogistics, which specializes in service to Latin America and the Caribbean, said Tuesday it would team with Kestrel Liner Agencies to offer neutral air and ocean freight services in those markets.
   The new flight and shipping schedules will comprise more than 150 flights per week, less-than-containerload sailings to more than 60 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, and receiving stations in 20 cities in the United States and Canada.
   Neutralogistics has an agency network established throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, and offers neutral air cargo service from Miami. It has a receiving station at the airport itself.
   Kestrel, meanwhile, will anchor the partnership's LCL and full-containerload ocean services.
   Kestrel was established in 2003 and is the general agent for South American Independent Lines (SAIL).
   'Neutralogistics' network of agents also controls a significant amount of ocean cargo,' said Alex Tellez, president and chief executive officer of Neutralogistics. 'By leveraging our partnership with Kestrel, Neutralogistics will now offer full LCL/FCL services to the Americas.'
