Company develops online invoice pre-audit system    Container Shipping Technologies Ltd. has developed what it calls a real-time pre-audit tool dedicated exclusively to the ocean freight sector, a product aimed at eliminating invoice rating errors.
   The product, called RightRate, monitors the accuracy of ocean freight invoices on behalf of shippers, ocean carriers, third-party logistics providers and non-vessel-operating common carriers. The system identifies discrepancies and resolves them in real-time, including invoicing errors that are under-billed or over-billed. It also identifies deficit revenue billings at the container level.
   RightRate displays overcharges and undercharges in a U.S. dollar and non-U.S. dollar variance report, which is available 24 hours a day and is fully exportable to Excel.
