UP opens first track on rebuilt trestle    The first of two tracks destroyed in a Sacramento rail trestle fire nearly two weeks ago has been rebuilt and normal operations are set to resume over the adjacent bridge today.
   Union Pacific crews replaced a portion of the destroyed wooden train trestle in record time with a new concrete-and-steel structure, allowing a train to cross for the first time Tuesday morning.
   UP crews will now turn their attention to work on the No. 2 track, expected to be completed by April 22.
   The blaze on March 15 destroyed 1,400 feet of trestle leading up to the bridge and the elevated tracks atop it.
   Investigators have not determined a cause of the fire, but have said they believe the fire was not an accident.
