UNILEVER PARTNERS WITH PROLOGIS FOR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK    Unilever, a provider of consumer products, and ProLogis, a provider of distribution facilities and services, said Wednesday they would develop a national distribution network consolidating the logistics operations of Unilever Home & Personal Care.
   The network, to be completed in three years, will comprise five major regional distribution facilities in Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Illinois and California, totaling nearly 4.9 million square feet.
   ProLogis’s investment in these facilities is expected to be more than $200 million. Initial planning for this project began in 2000.
   Unilever has annual sales of $49 billion in 2001
