TARGET LOGISTICS OPENS CARGO FACILITY IN LAS VEGAS    Target Logistics Services, an international air, surface and ocean transportation and logistics provider, has recently opened a cargo processing facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
   The new 10,000-square-foot facility, adjacent to McCarran Airport, provides cargo capabilities for Las Vegas-area business and industry, including air, surface and ocean transport, inventory control and warehousing.
   Ron Coleman, manager of the site, said the facility will specialize in the handling of a broad array of cargo, with emphasis on electronic components, auto parts, and trade show equipment. Dianne Beach and Sherman Reaper will assist Coleman in management and operations of the facility.
