Chile signs trade pacts with China, Peru    Chile's new free trade agreement with China signed this week represents the first time China has signed a trade agreement outside of Asia.
   Chile and China signed the trade agreement on Monday, and officials in Chile said the pact will help boost exports of copper, fruit and fish to China. Chilean government officials said in announcing the agreement that China has become Chile's second largest single-nation trade partner, behind only the U.S
   'After the agreement with the United States and with the European Union, this agreement is the one that will have the greatest impact,' Chilean Finance Minister Andres Velasco told Bloomberg News from Santiago.
   In addition to the agreement with China, Chile signed a free trade agreement with Peru on Tuesday in Lima.
   Chilean President Michelle Bachelet had already begun discussing a trade agreement with new Peruvian President Alan Garcia even before he took office on July 28.
