The Med Can Conference, the conference in the trade
between the Mediterranean and the East Coast of Canada, will increase its bunker charge to
$35 (U.S) per TEU, effective Jan. 10.
The current level of the "interim fuel participation" charge
is $25 (U.S.) per TEU. The levels of the bunker charge are the same eastbound and
westbound.
The members of the Mediterranean/Canada conference are Canada Maritime,
Cast, DSR-Senator and Zim Israel Navigation Co.
