Raymond to address Miami investorsÆ conference Charles G. Raymond, Horizon Lines' chairman, president and chief executive officer, will address the BB&T Transportation Conference in Miami Thursday.
   The conference runs Feb. 14-16 at the Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort in Miami, with the financial services company BB&T bringing in several executives from transportation and logistics services companies.
   Raymond's presentation is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. Thursday. The presentation will be offered on a live audio webcast that can be accessed at https://www.horizonlines.com. Horizon Lines said to hear the live presentation, visit the Web site at least 15 minutes before the start of the presentation to download and install any needed audio/video software. The presentation can also be accessed on the Web site about two hours after the speech is over, and will remain on the Web site until March 1.
   Horizon Lines specializes in Jones Act trades, with service between Jacksonville and Puerto Rico, and from the West Coast to Alaska, Hawaii and Guam.
