Phoenix International bolsters corporate roster

Phoenix International bolsters corporate roster    Wood Dale, Ill.-based freight forwarder and non-vessel-operating common carrier Phoenix International Freight Services Ltd. has made a number of corporate and route development level appointments.
   Shanna Miller has been named vice president, information systems. Miller was vice president at DCS Transport Logistics Solutions.
   Raj Dias has been appointed director of business development, Indian Subcontinent. Dias was Exel’s vice president, Western region.
   James Julian is the new manager at PIX LINE, Phoenix’s NVO division. Julian worked for NACA Logistics.
   Mark Kapostasy has been appointed Australia-New Zealand route development manager, after serving as Phoenix’s Cincinnati branch sales manager.
   Phoenix also appointed Olivier Arnaudeau as France route development manager/Eastern region; Anna Doni as Italy route development manager/Eastern region; and Blake Bina as Holland route development manager.
