Bauckham joined Volga-Dnepr in April 2004 as group commercial director, based at London Stansted Airport. He was formerly executive vice president for Evergreen International Airlines, Inc (USA).
Bauckham succeeds Evgueni Filatov, who has moved to a new role within the Volga-Dnepr Group.
