HighJump adds Dynamics support to EDI

   Minnesota-based HighJump Software, provider of supply chain management software, has expanded its EDI integration offerings to include SaaS support for Microsoft Dynamics GP users.
   The addition, through its TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group, is basically a web-based version of the company’s TrueCommerce Transaction Manager built for Microsoft Dynamics GP that offers the same functionality as its on-premise version. The software integrates ERP and EDI services around order fulfillment with the goal of reducing errors and chargebacks.
   The platform offers a variety of sales integration functions, including remote warehouse and 3PL support to automate order processing. It also contains modules around purchasing, shipments, and sales and task scheduling.
   HighJump said the new web version is a good fit for companies new to EDI that want to stay mostly hands-off when it comes to maintenance, backing up information, and updates. The web deployment also gives them access from almost anywhere, which can be a function that’s hard for new companies to setup on their own with on-premise deployments.
   Both the web-based and on-premise versions of TrueCommerce Transaction Manager for Microsoft Dynamics GP are certified and the company said they require no code changes to integrate with Dynamics GP versions 10.0 and 2010.
