Crowley shifts executives for geographic focus Crowley Maritime Corp. said Wednesday it is moving two senior executives between the Pacific Northwest and Florida to add geographic focus to its business lines.
   The restructuring will move Rocky Smith from Crowley's Jacksonville headquarters to Seattle as senior vice president and general manager, Pacific/Alaska., responsible for petroleum distribution and sales throughout Alaska, plus tanker assist and escort services in Valdez and through Prince William Sound. He will also be involved in energy support services and ship assist operations through the region.
   John Douglas will move from Seattle to Jacksonville as senior vice president and general manager, Atlantic/Gulf, responsible for Crowley's petroleum transportation, international marine salvage and contract towing and transportation services in the region.
