Tampa Port Authority adds new commissioners The Tampa Port Authority Board of Commissioners Tuesday held swearing-in ceremonies for two new commissioners, Carl Lindell Jr. and Brian Dolan, who were both appointed this year by Gov. Charlie Crist.

   Dolan is an executive with Bank of America who also has years of experience in the steamship industry. He spent 17 years in shipping, holding executive positions with Lykes Brothers Steamship Co. and the National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia (NSCSA).
   Lindell is owner and chairman of Lindell Investments and Lindell Investments II, and has been active in Tampa-area commercial and residential real estate development. He has also been involved in the automotive industry for many years, most recently as the owner and president of Lindell Honda-Volkswagen.
