NEXTLINX GRABS USBID.COM CONTRACT    Nextlinx Corp., an online provider of international logistics software, has signed a deal with USBid.com, a online exchange for electronic components, to provide USBid users landed cost, regulatory compliance and customs duty services.
   NextLinx has developed a system that provides information on trade regulations, duties, documentation and landed costs for more than 19,000 Harmonized Tariff System product classifications moving between 25 countries in the world, including the United States. The company wants to cover 100 countries by the end of the year. Customers access Nextlinx services on a per-transaction basis.
   USBid.com says it enables buyers and sellers of electronics worldwide to reduce procurement cycles, lower overhead and maximize profits by conducting commerce online.
