Luis Ernesto Cao has been named chief executive officer of Contecon Guayaquil SA (CGSA), while Carlos Roberto Miranda Filho has taken Cao’s former role as chief financial officer of Tecon Suape S.A. (TSSA).
Cao has been with the ICTSI for 13 years and served as TSSA's CFO since 2001. Before that he held the same role at Puerto Rosario S.A. in Argentina from 1998 to 2001.
Miranda joined TSSA in 2001 and was most recently its financial and administrative manager since 2005.
Philippines-based ICTSI has terminal operations on six continents handling just under 2 million TEUs in 2006.
