“A small section of Western Avenue from the gate to the Howland Hook Administration Building to Richmond Terrace will be closed on the morning of the demolition to insure public safety,” the port authority said. “Traffic on the Goethals Bridge will be stopped briefly during the demolition, but major delays are not expected.”
