UP train accident kills woman in Arkansas    A tank car carrying propylene leaked and exploded following the collision of two Union Pacific trains at a yard in Texarkana, Ark., over the weekend, according to the Associated Press.
   The explosion killed one woman in her home. Emergency officials evacuated people from nearby nursing homes and a prison, but a toxic cloud that could have made the death toll higher never materialized.
   Rail crews are working to repair the damaged line. UP completed a temporary creek crossing to replace the burned train bridge. Some of the propylene leaked into the creek that feeds the local drinking water system, but officials said most of the chemical burned off.
   The accident occurred when a stationary UP train was struck from behind by another train, knocking four cars off the track.
