Sendoff event planned for Winkowski

Sendoff event planned for Winkowski The South Florida trade community will hold an 'All Aboard Social' in Fort Lauderdale April 19 in honor of Thomas Winkowski, outgoing Customs and Border Protection Miami field office director.
   Winkowski is being transferred to CPB headquarters, and the Fort Lauderdale event is planned as an opportunity to bid farewell to Winkowski before his departure.
   The event will be from 4-8 p.m. at the Bahia Mar, 801 Seabreeze Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. There will be a buffet-style dinner, and cost will be $50, covering food, gratuity, tax, parking and a gift.
