The terminal will be in Dachan, and will be built with a capacity of 3.2 million TEUs. Two berths are expected to open in 2009, with the other two berths opening in 2010. APM, the container terminal operator subsidiary of A.P. Moller Maersk, will partner with China Merchant Holdings and Shenzhen Dachan Bay Port Investment.
