Storms disrupt ôBow Marinerö skimming; ôLee IIIö inquiry resumes    The U.S. Coast Guard said bad weather over the weekend caused oil skimming to be halted around the site of the sunken tanker “Bow Mariner” off the Virginia coast.
   SMIT Salvage Americas Inc., has been named primary contractor for removing the fuel oil still on board the “Bow Mariner.” SMIT will send down a remotely operated vessel to examine the tanker.
   In another development, the Coast Guard said its inquiry into the sinking of the offshore supply boat “Lee III” will proceed through March 11 in New Orleans.
   Seven people have testified thus far, including Capt. Leszek Jaworski, master of the “ZIM Mexico III,” the containership involved in a collision with the “Lee III.” Greg Blache, a pilot on board the containership, is expected to testify this week, the Coast Guard said.
