BENTLEY CONSIDERS ANOTHER CONGRESSIONAL RUN    Helen Delich Bentley, 78, a former chairman of the Federal Maritime Commission who served five consecutive terms as a Republican representative from Maryland, told AS+ Friday that she may run for Congress again.
   “I’ve been saying that for some time,” she said, most recently on Thursday night at a dinner honoring her in New York.
   “I may announce on Maritime Day (May 22) whether I will or won’t run,” Bentley said, “or I’ll wait until later in the month. I’ll definitely decide in May.”
President Nixon appointed Bentley to lead the FMC in 1969. At that time, she was the first woman to head a federal regulatory agency. Bentley served as chairman throughout her term on the commission, which ended in 1975. She was elected to Congress in 1984, and served through 1995.
