ITC rules certain orange juice from Brazil injure U.S. producers    The U.S. International Trade Commission determined by a 3-to-2 vote this week that certain orange juice imports from Brazil are sold in the United States at less than fair market value, injuring domestic producers.
   The Commerce Department will issue an antidumping duty order on imports of not-from-concentrate from Brazil. The federal government estimates the quantity of subject imports in 2004-2005 to be 232 million gallons, valued at $232 million.
   The ITC and Commerce Department investigation resulted from petitions filed by Florida Citrus Mutual, A. Duda & Sons, Citrus World, and Southern Garden Citrus Processing Corp. in 2005.
