BXA REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO MEET    The U.S. Commerce Department’s Bureau of Export Administration will hold its Regulations and Procedures Technical Advisory Committee meeting in Washington, March 21.
   The morning session, which is open to the public, will review pending regulations and BXA policies under review; electronic submissions of license applications and supporting documents; and compliance initiatives and encryption regulations.
   There will also be a closed session to discuss “classified” issues under Executive Order 12958, dealing with the U.S. export control program.
