Alvys acquires LoadOps customers; Optym keeps LoadAi

Consolidation was the main pitch behind migrating the accounts.

Alvys and Optym said they are working with each account on transition and setup. Early operations have migrated within days of their first call, according to the companies, with initial users recommending the system to peers.

Founded in 2020, Alvys says its platform moves roughly $9 billion in freight a year, with 60,000 carrier drivers on it. The company has raised $77 million in total funding, including a $40 million Series B led by RTP Global in September 2025.

Alvys recently released new features to augment its TMS platform. Alvys Foundry, launched Aug. 11, lets carriers and brokers build agents against check calls, invoice and settlement preparation, and track-and-trace exceptions, either from Alvys templates or to order.

Both companies said a shared offering for the combined install base will be announced later, and Alvys told FreightWaves there are multiple potential opportunities for the two organizations to partner more deeply.
