180COMMERCE SECURES FINANCING, EXPANDS MANAGEMENT TEAM

   180Commerce, an Atlanta-based business-to-business software solutions provider, closed on $3.1 million in Series A funding. The funding, including angel investments, was raised in less than 15 months.

   The investment group includes Armada Venture Group, Imlay Investments Inc. and Robinson-Humphrey — all based in Atlanta.

   180Commerce's Reverse Logistics Architecture provides real-time information on the return flow of goods for companies that face high volumes of returns.

   The company on Tuesday also named Jeff Radcliffe as chief operating officer and interim chief technology officer.

   Radcliffe, formerly chief information officer of iXL, also served as chief executive officer for Ratio DesignLab, an Atlanta-based product development firm.
