3PL Global adds DC in SoCal

   3PL Global has signed a lease for 270,764-square-feet in the ProLogis South Bay Distribution Center in Carson, Calif.
   The ProLogis building is located about 20 miles south of downtown Los Angeles, with close proximity to the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
   3PL Global, based in Irvine, Calif., plans to relocate its corporate operations to the building this summer.
   “The ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach are the two busiest in the entire country and with LAX so close, this South Bay location is in high demand, particularly by customers seeking rarely available large, high quality facilities such as this one,” said Kim Snyder, president for the Southwest region at Prologis.
   Prologis is an owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate for regional and international markets in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. It currently holds about 600 million square feet in properties and development projects.
