3PLEX, LOGILITY FORM COLLABORATIVE ALLIANCE

3PLEX, LOGILITY FORM COLLABORATIVE ALLIANCE    3PLex, based in Cambridge, Mass., a provider of Web-enabled transportation solutions for third-party logistics companies, and Logility, an Atlanta-based supplier of business-to-business electronic commerce solutions, have announced a strategic alliance to expand 3PLex’s services to include collaborative management.
   3PLex will host and integrate Logility’s Voyager Solutions and Voyager XES on an application service provider model for third-party providers.
   “This hosted solution is available at significantly lower costs than those associated with traditional software licensing,” said Greg Pope, president and chief executive officer of 3Plex.
