4 carriers form Asia/Australia service
Four carriers are collaborating on a new service linking Asia and Australia that gets underway in the first half of September.
The AAC1 service will see United Arab Shipping Co., Hyundai Merchant Marine, Hapag-Lloyd and China Shipping each provide one 2,200-TEU vessel. It will have a rotation of Port Klang, Singapore, Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Jakarta and Port Klang.
