A.P. Moller to sell DISA Air Division
A.P. Moller-Maersk Group-owned Dansk Industri Syndikat A/S has agreed to sell its DISA Air Division, which employs 920 people to assemble and produce industrial air filters, to Dantherm Holding A/S.
No financial details of the agreement have been given but the final company transfer is expected to take place at the start of next year.
Dantherm, located in Denmark, provide cooling equipment for telecommunication network suppliers and operators.
The sale of DISA Air Division follows A.P. Moller’s recent sale of Maersk Data to IBM.
