AAPA names Caribbean, Latin America delegation leaders
The American Association of Port Authorities Thursday announced the chairs of its Caribbean and Latin American delegations for 2008.
Paul Hurlston, director for the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands, will head the Caribbean delegation.
Jos' Luis Iberri, general director of Mexico’s Administraci'n Portuaria Integral de Manzanillo, is the Latin American Delegation chairman. Armando Duarte, chairman of the Sociedad Portuaria de Santa Marta (Colombia), was installed as chair-elect. Alfonso Gil, port director of the Administraci'n Portuaria Integral de Mazatl'n in Mexico, was named the delegation’s vice chair.
