ABP shareholders accept Goldman Sachs consortium offer    Shareholders of Associated British Ports Holdings yesterday voted overwhelmingly to accept the '2.8 billion ($5.1 billion) takeover offer from the Goldman Sachs-led consortium, Admiral Acquisitions UK Ltd.
   Admiral’s offer of '9.10 ($16.63) per share was accepted by about 98 percent of the shareholders.
   Aside from Goldman Sachs, Admiral comprises Canadian pension fund Borealis Infrastructure Management Inc., the Government of Singapore Investment Corp. and Infracapital Partners (acting through its manager M&G Investment Management Ltd.
   The board of ABP said that the company will likely be suspend share trading Aug. 7 on the London Stock Exchange before being de-listed permanently Aug. 16.
