Ace Expeditors, Express Courier Systems to merge
Orlando-based Ace Expeditors said Wednesday it has reached an agreement to merge with Express Courier Systems.
Both companies specialize in same-day logistics for the medical laboratory industry. Express Courier is based in West Haven, Conn. Terms were not disclosed.
