Aerobic Creations officially changes name to Summit Global Logistics
Summit Global Logistics said March 12 that its amended certificate of incorporation has become effective, and that it officially shed its former name of Aerobic Creations.
The company also effected a 11.23-for-one reverse stock split on Monday morning.
