Ag exporter survey flags top lines    The Agricultural Transportation Coalition said Monday that APL was deemed the best line in its annual survey on ocean carrier performance for North American ag exporters.
   The rest of the top five was: OOCL, MOL, Hanjin and 'K' Line.
   'The objective of the AgTC Ocean Carrier Performance Survey is to recognize those carriers who consistently perform well, and to incent the others to focus their company, personnel and resources on doing better,' the Washington, D.C.-based coalition said in a statement. 'The AgTC has each year extended an invitation to each carrier to work with the AgTC and our members to address documentation and other performance practices, in order to improve them and enhance the shipper-carrier relationship.'
   Last year's second place finisher, Yang Ming, dropped to eighth.
