Agility to focus on commercial sector    The chairman of embattled logistics provider Agility said this week the company will focus on the commercial sector as a court case filed against it by the U.S. Justice Department drags on.
   Agility, a key logistics contractor for the U.S. Defense Department, will see its flagship defense logistics contract expire at the end of this year.
   Chairman Tarek Sultan told reporters after a shareholders meeting on Thursday that the company will focus on commercial business in emerging markets, according to a Reuters report.
   “We are going through a transitional period, and I think that it is important to concentrate on the commercial sector, because at the end of the day, this is what will stay,” he said.
   Sultan declined to comment on the court case, in which Agility is accused of overcharging the U.S. government on an $8.5 billion supply contract to the U.S. military.
