Air China Cargo begins business
Air China Cargo, a joint venture between Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific and Air China Ltd. based in Shanghai, commenced operation on Friday.
The company said it will soon have a fleet of 12 747-400 freighters.
Air China has a 51 percent interest in the all-cargo carrier. Cathay Pacific has a 25 percent interest.
