AirBridgeCargo Airlines has received a Boeing 747-8 freighter to be used on routings linking Europe, Asia and the United States out of ABC’s Moscow hub.
The new plane will follow a Chicago-Amsterdam-Moscow route on its inaugural flight.
ABC’s fourth 747-8 freighter will further increase the fuel efficiency of the carrier’s fleet, according to ABC officials.
“Operating a modern, efficient and ecologically friendly fleet plays a significant role in increasing the quality of the product we offer to our customers. It also gives AirBridgeCargo Airlines a competitive edge which will help us achieve stable and sustainable development and maintain our position on the market,” ABC’s Denis Ilin said in a statement.
