Aljex provides transportation software to freight brokers, carriers and third-party logistics companies. Truckstop.com, which began in 1995 as the first internet-enabled load board, currently provides a freight-matching service as well.
The integration will enable Aljex users to access in real-time trucks and equipment that are available for hire. Users can also access Truckstop.com rating data, and use Truckstop.com’s carrier OnBoarding module for carrier safety and insurance checks.
The Truckstop.com data now populates fields directly in Aljex.
“Truckstop.com’s integration with Aljex Software just makes sense,” said Bill Vitti, Truckstop.com chief sales officer. “Aljex has a solid track record of providing customer-oriented, cloud-based logistics software, so integrating Truckstop.com’s tools directly into the Aljex system is an ideal fit.”
